The Department of Law and Economics is an interdisciplinary Department for the fields of business law, law and economics for both undergraduate and graduate levels, notable both for the depth of its faculty and the breadth of its interdisciplinary scope.

The Department was founded on the 1st November of 2014, with 30 professors, and numerous renowned lecturers that research and teach.

The Department places clear emphasis on the fields of commercial and business law: close ties to legal and business practice, combined with an interdisciplinary profile in the economic sciences, are hallmarks of the Department of Law and Economics.
