    The idea to convene in Rome on a yearly basis to discuss key issues of contemporary international law is naturally connected with the glorious Institute of International Law of “La Sapienza”. The story of this institution has accompanied the development of international law in the XX Century, which the members of the Institute have considerably contributed to. Naming the Lectures after Gaetano Morelli is thus more than an individual tribute; it is a collective acknowledgement to a legal tradition, which we intend to renew and to innovate every year, brick after brick.

    New E-Learning Course of Neonatology for Coutries with Low Resources 

    The University of Rome Unitelma Sapienza in coopearation with Sapienza University of Rome have developed a new Open Access e-learning course of Neonatology for Coutries with low resources.

    The course includes 16 video lessons on clinical problems that birth and early stages of life may face are the content of this new, open access e-learning course. The lessons are in English and the slides can be downloaded.

    It, inter alia, deals with the position of the EU in the international legal order, the relationship between international and EU law, EU external legal relations, the role of the EU in other international organziations, the EU and international diplomatic law, and the EU's foreign, security and defence policy.
