Bachelor degree in “Economics and Business Management”

This course aims to provide students with a solid foundation of management tools as well as legal and mathematical and statistical tools to help develop an autonomous capacity for analysis and judgment. The course is offered with two distinctive majors:

Bachelor degree in "Administration Sciences"

This degree program is designed to train experts and specialists in the tasks of programming , direction, management and control in public administrations. In particular, the course is aimed at the formation of modern management and directors within the PA not only through methods and techniques of management but also in e-government and in support of innovative processes for the creation of a modern bureaucracy capable in solving major problems connected with information and communication technologies and with particular reference to the national international and EU level. This course has two possible Majors:

  • Majors curriculum A: “Administration and Organization” specializing in Public Administration (Link nostro percorso); aimed at managers in Public Administration as well as in large private organizations, at a national international level, in methods and techniques of public management and e-government, in support of innovative processes aimed at creating a modern administration, professionally capable to face all the challenges of the information society.   • Major curriculum B: ”Organization, Security and Investigations” addresses issues pertaining to the field of security and investigations for public and private administrations, introducing elements of criminology, criminal law, criminal law and sociology Processual-Law and security. Master degree in Law (five year program)

This degree program has as its objective the formation of high-profile lawyers who work in the information society, transport networks, energy and electronic communications systems and innovative markets. The training covers basic and specialized legal issues that pertain to the areas of private law, criminal law, international with reference to the areas of institutional, economic, comparative and community. Teachings include ‘foundation’ subjects: civil law, penal law , administrative and tax law; macro e micro economics; International law and European Union Law; e-commerce; digital administration; e-money and e-banking; legal informatics.

  • Major in Law and Information Society. The specialization in Information Society allows the acquisition of knowledge and understanding of a discipline that was born in the seventies in the USA and in Europe through the Bangemann report (1994). Knowledge will be acquired in:  Internet, copyright in the network, digital administration, electronic process, privacy, big data, open data, electronic markets, e-commerce, criminal law of information technology, private law of computer science, legal informatics, methods and techniques of information technology, public document systems, digital public communication, information security, telematic civic access, internet of things, digital economy, teleworking and smart working, electronic communications.   • Major in Law, Markets, Business. The course provides cognitive and logical-methodological tools necessary to understand the close connection between legal phenomena and economic phenomena. The course offers an interdisciplinary methodology   that establishes a basic legal culture on the institutions of national, European and international law, also in a case-applicative and comparative manner. At the same time,    it provides the concepts and essential methodological elements of the economic-financial disciplines, of public and private accounting, of regulatory compliance, in order to provide the theoretical and applicative tools to understand, in an integrated juridical-economic perspective, the role of financial and regulatory institutions, the functioning and techniques of market regulation, the role of the public sector in the economy, the internal management and control systems of companies.   • Major in Law, Territories, Community and Welfare. The course deals with issues such as environmental protection, international terrorism, globalization of risks and opportunities, transformations of welfare linked to the crisis, the phenomena of migration and related problems. The student should thus be able to deal with new concerns that involve new civil and public issues, in a perspective that takes into account territorial, cultural and religious differences through the multidisciplinary knowledge acquired.   • Major in Law, Organizations and International Relations. The course offers a focus on the study of the most current phenomena occurring on the international scene. Issues that are dealt are: interventions to protect international peace and security in the context of both centralized and decentralized mechanisms of the use of force; international terrorism; international organizations and their evolution; criminal justice and international crimes; international trade and corporate social responsibility; international financial institutions and interventions concerning economic and financial crises; international political and monetary economy; international relations; international protection of human rights; the internationalization processes of companies and the delocalization of industrial production. Master degree in "Economics management and innovation"

This course, only for Bachelor graduates, aims to provide a thorough training in corporate governance, integration of knowledge in business management with disciplines such as economics, law and quantitative methods in decision making at a national, international and EU LEVEL.

In particular, and in a logic of analysis and implementation of the knowledge acquired in the first cycle of business studies, the course of Master's degree aims to train graduates of the second level with specific and extensive expertise in business management, statistical- mathematical and legal. The course is offered with two distinctive majors:

  • Major Curriculum A: "Economy and company management", focuses on the issues of the subject business economics (54 credits) supplemented by statistical mathematical knowledge (12 credits) for the detection and processing data needed in decision-making business, from legal knowledge (12/18 credits) related to company law and employment law, as well as knowledge of financial risk management.   • Major Curriculum B: “Economy, technology and innovation", aims to train the professional for change and innovation, capable in operating and managing complex systems in which technological processes intersect with those of economic and organizational links. The course of study focuses on issues of business management while maintaining a strong innovation (45 credits); supported, in a logic of complementarity, statistical and mathematical disciplines (15 credits) and (18 credits) relating to the regulation of the markets and the protection of innovation. Master of Science degree in "Management of Public Administrations and Health Organization"

This two year course, only for Bachelor graduates, deepens the topic of innovation in Public Administration, and in particular the role of Information and Communication Technologies in supporting strategies and activities covered by public institutions, agencies and single offices, both at national and at local level. The introduction and upgrade of technologies can also sustain the relation among different institutions and the dialogue and interaction with citizens, enterprises and associations. The Bachelor degree in "Psychological Sciences and Techniques" provides a robust and updated education in the various sectors of the psychological disciplines, with particular regard to the methodologies that characterize this field of studies.

The Degree, from the cultural point of view, gives a good foundation to the Master's degrees in the psychological field, offered by the Faculty of Medicine and Psychology. Professionally, graduates will be able to work under the supervision of Master's Degree graduates to carry out psychological activities interacting, if required, with other professional figures operating in the same field, such as anthropologists, sociologists, communication experts, teachers, educators.

The study program, offered only in Italian by the Department of Psychology of Developmental and Socialization Processes of Sapienza University of Rome, with the e-learning tools and on-line learning strategies of Unitelma Sapienza, is an exclusive higher education product of high efficacy.
